Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. Every quote starts as a free, no-obligation estimate given before you book anything.
What items can't you take?
We do not accept hazardous materials, including chemicals, asbestos, medical waste, or explosives. We will tell you before the job begins and point you to the right disposal option when we can't take something.
Do I need to be home during the pickup?
No, as long as the items are accessible and you've confirmed the scope with us ahead of time.
What happens to items after pickup?
Usable furniture is routed to donation where possible, electronics are recycled to meet North Carolina's landfill ban, and the rest is disposed of responsibly.
Can you remove items from an upper floor or apartment?
Yes. Stairs or a carry of 25 feet or more add $25-$60, and tight access adds $50-$100. Any surcharge is confirmed before the job starts.
How far in advance should I book?
Same-day service is available in most areas. For larger jobs like estate or hoarding cleanouts, booking a few days ahead is recommended.
